These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and kakijudi as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The kakijudi platform may only be accessed and used by individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. kakijudi reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account pending verification.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on kakijudi. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the freezing of any related balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms. kakijudi reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through the stipulated document verification process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity carried out through your account — whether with or without your knowledge — remains your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our customer support immediately.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Avoid using public networks without adequate protection.
- Log out of your account after each session on a shared device.
- Update your password regularly as a precautionary measure.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users are prohibited from using the kakijudi platform for any unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, or misuse of payment systems. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, or use automated software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Users are not permitted to:
- Placing bets on behalf of another person or acting as an agent for a third party.
- Using your account for commercial purposes or arbitrage without written authorisation.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
- Attempting to access platform systems or data beyond the scope of your personal account.
- Using a VPN or other means to conceal your actual location in order to bypass applicable geo-restrictions.
Kakijudi reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspension or closure of the account without prior notice where reasonable evidence exists.
4. Payment Information, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the kakijudi platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include FPX, DuitNow, and direct bank transfers via licensed financial institutions in Malaysia. Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method.
To make a withdrawal, your account must have completed the full identity verification process. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the transaction. kakijudi does not bear any charges imposed by banks or payment providers.
Any bonus or promotional credit credited to your account is subject to separate bonus terms. Bonus balances may not be withdrawn directly until the stipulated rollover requirements are met. kakijudi reserves the right to void any bonus where there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
All transactions are final and non-reversible once processed, except under circumstances specified by kakijudi's internal policies. In the event of a transaction dispute, users must contact customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Kakijudi is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service disruptions, or financial losses resulting from betting outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" and kakijudi makes no warranty that the service will be free from interruptions or technical errors at all times.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
Kakijudi reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or upon request by law enforcement agencies. In the event of a suspension, any valid balance will be returned upon conclusion of the investigation, unless there are legal grounds preventing such return.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kakijudi platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of kakijudi or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from kakijudi.
Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
The kakijudi platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. kakijudi is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the mechanisms established under the relevant jurisdiction.
Kakijudi reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically.
